Cymbalta.
Cymbalta (duloxetine) has been specially designed for the needs of people suffering from the symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder and depression. This selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor works by restoring the balance of chemicals in your brain - serotonin and norepinephrine. Your doctor ill need to know if you have diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, seizures, a history of heart attack, or liver disease, as your dose may depend on those factors quite significantly. Make sure you tell your health care provider if you think you need to stop taking Cymbalta – but do not stop the treatment before that moment. Cymbalta can cause addiction, and you may get such withdrawal symptoms as anxiety, irritability, diarrhea, dizziness, burning, sweating, tiredness, headache, vomiting, numbness, difficulty falling asleep, and nausea if you stop it at once. Gradual withdrawal is recommended for you to avoid the symptoms mentioned above. Taking more of Cymbalta than needed can produce such symptoms as drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, hallucinations, seizures, lightheadedness, diarrhea, fever, loss of coordination, agitation, and dizziness. You will need to seek emergency medical help.
